Social Media

Which platforms are supported?

StudioFlows supports scheduling to 13 platforms:

  • Instagram (feed posts, carousels, reels, stories)
  • Facebook (pages)
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
  • YouTube (videos, shorts)
  • Threads
  • Pinterest
  • Bluesky
  • Google Business
  • Reddit
  • Snapchat (stories, spotlight)
  • Mastodon

Can I schedule carousel posts?

Yes, Instagram carousels (multi-image posts) are fully supported. Upload multiple images when creating your post.

How far in advance can I schedule?

There's no limit — pick any future date and time you like.

Can I post to multiple platforms at once?

Yes! When creating a post, select multiple platforms for cross-posting. StudioFlows will warn you if your content doesn't fit a platform's requirements.

What are the file size limits for photos and videos?

Each platform sets its own caps on file size, video length, and number of photos per post. See the full breakdown on our File Size & Posting Limits page. Videos must be MP4 or MOV.

Web Watch

What is Web Watch?

Web Watch monitors where your images appear online. Upload your photos, and StudioFlows scans the web for matches — helping you find unauthorized use or track where your work is shared.

How often does it scan?

Automatic scans run weekly. You also get 3 manual scans per month for on-demand checks.

How many images can I track?

Up to 100 images. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 30MB each. You don't need to shrink them first — StudioFlows compresses each image automatically before uploading.

What do the result statuses mean?

  • New: First time this match was found
  • Known: Previously seen and acknowledged
  • Authorized: You've approved this usage
  • Requested Credit: You've asked for attribution
  • Ignored: False positive or not relevant
  • Dismissed: Removed from active monitoring

Client Intel

What is Client Intel?

Client Intel researches your clients before their sessions, pulling together their job title, company info, talking points, and social profiles so you're prepared.

How do I use it?

Two ways:

  • Manual: Enter a client's name (and optionally email/company) in the dashboard. Limit: 5 lookups per day.
  • Automatic: Set up a booking email (research-[key]@studioflows.app) or webhook so research runs when clients book.

Which booking platforms work with automatic research?

Acuity, Calendly, GoHighLevel (GHL), and VSCO Workspace. Any platform that can send booking notification emails or webhooks.

How long are results cached?

Research results are cached for 30 days. After that, a new lookup will fetch fresh data.

AI Smart Cropping

What is AI Smart Cropping?

Every platform wants a different shape — Instagram likes square or tall, X/Twitter likes wide. Smart Cropping automatically reframes each photo for each platform you're posting to, keeping the subject centered, so you upload one photo and it looks right everywhere.

Can I turn it off?

Yes. Go to Settings → Social and switch off AI Smart Cropping. Your original photo will be posted as-is to every platform.

Which formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, and WebP for photos. The post composer also accepts MP4 and MOV video. See File Size & Posting Limits for per-platform caps.

Can I control how X/Twitter photos are cropped?

Yes. In Settings → Social, set X/Twitter Crop Orientation to landscape or portrait.
