Features

Analytics

Followers, post performance, and engagement trends across every platform you connect — in one place, without logging into each app.

Included with the Social Scheduler. Analytics is part of your Social Scheduler subscription — there's nothing extra to buy.

Getting There

Go to Social Scheduler → Analytics in the sidebar. You'll need at least one connected account; pick which account you're viewing using the pills at the top.

What You'll See

The four metrics

Metric What it tells you
Followers Audience size, and whether it's growing
Posts How much you published in the period
Impressions How often your content was shown. On TikTok and YouTube this card shows Views instead, since that's the number those platforms lead with.
Engagement Likes, comments, and shares — how people responded

Each card shows the current number, the change over your selected period, and a small trend line.

Date ranges

Switch between the last 7, 30, or 90 days. The metrics and trend lines update to match.

Recent Posts

A table of your recent posts with their individual performance, so you can see which ones actually landed rather than just the totals.

What to look for: sort your eye down the engagement column and find the outliers. Two or three posts usually outperform everything else — that's your signal for what to make more of, and good candidates for Content Recycling.

Platforms Without Analytics

Three platforms don't report analytics back to StudioFlows. They still connect and post normally — there's just no data to show:

Platform Why
X (Twitter) Doesn't make this data available through our integration
Google Business Google doesn't provide analytics for Business Profiles this way
Bluesky No account-level analytics available through our integration

Selecting one of these shows an "Analytics not available" message rather than a misleading row of zeros.

Common Questions

I just connected an account and everything is blank

New connections usually populate within an hour. If the page says stats are still loading, that's expected — check back later.

My older posts aren't listed

If the Recent Posts table is empty, use the Sync history button to pull in past posts from that account.

History import isn't available on every platform — Snapchat and Google Business don't support it, and you'll get a message saying so rather than a silent failure.

How current are the numbers?

Analytics are cached so the page loads quickly. Use Refresh to fetch the latest figures — the timestamp beside the button shows when the data was last updated.

Why don't these match the platform's own numbers exactly?

Each platform counts things slightly differently and updates on its own delay. Treat these as trends rather than exact figures — the direction of travel matters more than the decimal.
