3. Add photos, text, and your logo

What you can add

Templates

Browse the built-in templates, or save any design you've made as a template under My Templates to reuse later. Saved templates keep your layout, fonts, and colors — swap the photo and you have a new post.

Layers & Properties

The Layers panel shows everything on your canvas so you can reorder or select items stacked on top of each other. The Properties panel changes whatever you have selected — font, size, color, position.

Export All Sizes

The feature most worth knowing about. Design once, and StudioFlows automatically generates a properly framed version for every platform — you review them side by side before exporting.

You get eight versions:

Tick the ones you want, then download them or send them to your scheduler.

Animate & Export

Turn a still design into a short animated video — useful for Reels, Stories, and anywhere motion earns more attention than a static image.

Pick an animation style:

• Headline First
• Fade In
• Slide Up
• Scale Pop
• Elegant Reveal

Then set your duration and export as video.

Carousel Creator

Design one wide canvas and split it into swipeable slides, so a single image flows across a carousel instead of looking like separate posts.

You control:

• Number of slides — step it up or down and watch the split lines move
• Slide shape — square (1:1) or portrait (4:5)
• Source images — add several and they're stitched into one wide canvas before splitting
• Crop or fit — whether each source image fills its space or fits inside it

When you're done, download the slides or send them to your scheduler.

Testimonial Posts

Turn client reviews into branded graphics. You provide:

• Headline — a short attention-grabber shown large (optional; leave blank to use the quote alone)
• Testimonial Quote — the client's actual words
• Client Name
• Title / Company — e.g. "CEO, Acme Inc."
• Star Rating — with a color you can set
• Client Photo — optional headshot alongside the quote

The layout and branding are applied for you.

QR Code Generator

Enter any URL and drop a QR code onto your design — handy for print pieces, booking links, and gallery links.

Batch Apply Template

Apply one template across many photos at once instead of repeating the same design by hand:

1. Select your photos
2. Choose the template to apply
3. Export the set

Good for a run of headshots that all need the same frame, caption style, or branding.

Post to Social

Send a finished design straight to the Social Scheduler without downloading and re-uploading it. This one needs an active Social Scheduler subscription — everything else in Design Studio is free.

Common Questions

Where does my logo come from?

Settings → Profile, under Brand Kit. Add your logo there once and it's available in every design.

Can I reuse a design?

Yes — save it under My Templates, then load it whenever you need it.

Do I need the Social Scheduler?

Only to post directly from the Studio. Designing, exporting, and downloading are all free.
